We hired a car for a long weekend, I think it was back in late May or maybe early June, and the mileage allowance was more than enough for what we needed. Everything about the restrictions was clear when we booked, and there were no awkward surprises when we dropped it off. Really easy overall, and I’d happily use them again...

Booked a van online and it was painless. The dates, price, and pickup spot were all clear, and the confirmation came through quickly. This branch was convenient for me since it’s close enough to the train station and wasn’t hard to find. For a quick pickup, that kind of location makes a big difference.
Parking was a little awkward though, and it felt fairly busy when I arrived. I guess with places like this, if the location is useful, it usually means you’re also dealing with more traffic and people around.
I’d probably use it again if I needed a car in the area, mostly because the location suits me. Overall it was fine, just not the smoothest or most memorable experience...

Booked a car for the weekend it was smoother than I expected. I’m usually a bit wary of customer service and rental companies in general because there’s often some random fee or vague insurance wording, but this was clear from the start. The costs were shown upfront, the insurance options actually made sense, and pick up was quick. Best part was not getting hit with surprise charges afterward. I’d use them again.
